Instructions
  1. ***Soak Dates in water for about 5-8 hours before making the sauce***
  2. Wash your peaches in cold water.
  3. Cut your peaches into slices and set aside.
  4. Get a medium saucepan, place the coconut oil in it, and bring the pan to medium heat.
  5. Place the peach slices on the sauce pan and sprinkle the slices with the cinnamon.
  6. Occasionally flip the peaches and cook them for 10-15 minutes or until they are soft.
  7. While the peaches are cooking, place the coconut milk, vanilla, and dates into a blender and blend on high for 3 minutes.
  8. The sauce does not have to be a smooth texture. Date pieces in the mixture is fine! It will depend on how good of a blender you use.
  9. Place the peach slices on a plate when they are done and pour your sauce over top.
  10. Enjoy!

I’ve been living around the world for several years now. I’ve already experienced the oriental lifestyle of China, vibrant culture of Barcelona, shabby to chic of Paris, Confucian ways of the Korea peninsula (South, not North of course) and now the easy-going vibe of Los Angeles. I’m an advocate of the minimalist lifestyle because I love being able to pack up my things and go in a moment’s notice. I’ve found a great work, life, and spiritual balance that’s ideal for me.
